Training Leadership

  • Innovated training at Sleep Number to launch online delivery of sales process videos and national social learning modules leveraging WebEx as a tool to drive key performance indicators.

  • Drove integration of the Net Promoter System (NPS) throughout the Sleep Number sales channels, including a culture of individualized, branded communication in response to customer surveys.

  • Developed, documented, and delivered a new sales process that was a key part of the launch of the Sleep Number brand.

  • Drove expansion of Apple in-store consumer workshop program, including training workshop facilitators and creating custom workshops.

  • Live on-air sales of $300+ million over 19 years and 200 hours on QVC in the US and UK, HSN, and The Shopping Channel.

  • Sleep Number Store Sales Professional of the Year out of 1,200+ retail employees.
