MA Degree Pursuit

In the fall of 2017, I began pursuit of my Master of Arts in Education and Human Development – Educational Technology Leadership at The George Washington University. This degree will formalize many of the skills I have already gained and build new skills for a changing training landscape. My goal is to apply this degree to develop and implement well-designed workplace training that integrates technology, whether it’s live in a classroom, online, or in a webinar. A key part of the degree for me is to also serve smaller and non-profit organizations that have a need for strong training programs, but not the funding to hire a full-time learning leader.
