How I achieve my mission

I am driven to inspire others to learn and grow towards professional and personal success. Whether I have helped a person discover a new experience, product, or skill, my proudest moments are when they say, "I love it – this is going to be great!"

I contribute most creatively when my work environment actively supports and challenges me to leverage my StrengthsFinder talents: strategic, empathy, individualization, learner, and communication. I enjoy working collaboratively and have been called "tenacious and fun" and "the heart of the team."

“What if?” is my favorite question to ask to encourage insights from myself or a team, as it enables critical thinking without judgement and leads to innovation. Innovation is an overarching theme in my career, and I constantly search for better methods and tools to accomplish goals. I am a leader in learning how to use those new tools, with an aptitude for new technology.
